We are welcoming new patients! If you have an appointment scheduled, please download, print, fill out, and bring this form to your first appointment so that we can deliver the best possible care to your animal friend.

Payment Options

Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients’ needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.

We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.

We offer a 4% discount for cash payments (must be paid at time of service).

When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. Buckingham Veterinary Clinic understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit.
